Slow connection through your Proxy?
Our network of proxy servers are load balanced and carefully tuned to provide bandwidth more than sufficient to stream video. If you have buffering errors or other network connectivity issues with our proxies, please do the following to find the underlying cause of the problem. Visit speedtest.net and test your connection with and without our proxy server enabled in your web browser. It is likely that your local internet connection is not fast enough to handle video. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, please request help via email or in the forum.
