Wrongfully billed for subscription

I have two problems with paid proxy services and I will almost certainly not use foxyproxy again because of it despite previous satisfaction unless these problems are remedied. Please resolve my issues:

1. I signed up for 2 free trials, one in France, one in Sweden on Sunday. I planned to cancel them today, before my 3 day subscription had expired. I signed up for the two accounts between 4:36 and 5:43 PM. Thus I thought if I canceled them before 4:36 PM I would not be charged for the subscriptions. Imagine how furious I was when I saw that I was charged this morning at 6:43 AM for the subscriptions. That is unacceptable - I was told I would have a 3 day free trial period, but was charged before it ended.

2. A third subscriptions - to France - was incorrectly charged to my account. I only signed up for two accounts, as previously mentioned, but I received a third email for a subscription to a France proxy. I'm not sure why your system thought I signed up for that, but I did not.

Please refund my paypal account cmorganbrown@gmail.com. I don't want these proxies, and I'm very disappointed in foxy proxy right now. Please rectify this situation.

Hello Morgan,

For some unclear reason PayPal charged your accounts 10 hours before it actually was scheduled to happen. We refunded your payments made for proxies in France and Sweden.

We also refunded the payment made for another proxy in France, apparently that subscription was created by mistake.

We hope that those actions have rectified the situation.

I received the refund and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the timely response and responsible action. I will recommend FoxyProxy to others and continue using it because of the high level of service. Of course, it would help if the problems didn't happen in the first place, but sometimes you can't control that :)
