White List priority

Would like to suggest the option to make it so Whitelist takes priority over blacklist.
Instance:
I am at work connected to my ssh tunnel. I would like to use the works internet to access every thing, except what I designate the proxy to use.
Work blocks games, so any game site i designate I would like it to use the proxy instead.
Currently I know Blacklist has priority over whitelist and all sites cannot be blocked from proxy and then use the white list to designated which ones should work on proxy. Ends up everything gets blocked.

This is easy to do already with FoxyProxy:
1. Change the "Default" proxy settings in FoxyProxy to use your work's internet settings
2. "Add New Proxy" in FoxyProxy and make it point to your ssh tunnel
3. Create whitelist patterns for game sites and whatever else you want to go through your tunnel
4. Ensure FoxyProxy is in mode "Use proxies based on their pre-defined priorities and patterns"
All URLs not matching the patterns created in #3 will use the "Default" proxy settings... i.e., go through work.
