A Way to Verify Proxy Server Status

Hello

I have a yearly subscription (with 8 months left) to a US proxy server at IP 66.***.***.***

Today I am unable to connect. Tried on multiple computers / OS's. Same issue - server does not even return the login request.

At the same time I cannot login to the Customer Panel -- system returns invalid credentials. That also means that I cannot verify proxy status. Seems like a major meltdown.

So I would love to see two things being improved upon / fixed:
a. being dropped off the server happened to me before - so I would appreciate being put back in (I have created support ticket for that)
b. it would be nice if a "network status" panel was available without the need of login -- that could at least give some indications as to possible reasons for no connectivity.

Thanx

Hello,

I replied to your ticket.

The proxy is back online. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

>cannot login to the Customer Panel -- system returns invalid credentials.

I tried your email/subscription ID and was able to log into the panel.

Without unveiling the proxy's IP it wouldn't make much sense and we don't want the IPs to be available to public (it helps to keep proxies alive for much longer).
