Hi,
It seems you still have a problem with sending the download details of FoxyProxy Plus after payment via PayPal. This is not very professional.
How long do I have to wait?

The download details are sent automatically as soon as PayPal validates payment to us. If you pay by echeck, bank transfer, or other slow methods, or your credit card payment is flagged as suspicious, PayPal delays confirmation of your payment.

Were you able to resolve this? Many, many people have purchased, downloaded, and installed FoxyProxy Plus besides you. Can you please try that URL again; perhaps there was a a temporary downtime when you hit it?

I have the same problem - My Mac can connect via Mobile Broadband , but my Ubuntu Linux laptop and the Mac get the Forbidden error when connecting via my Wireless network
