Vanished Add On bar

I had some trouble playing BBC TV this evening. During this, which necessitated a clean re-start, the Add On bar failed to show up. It is checked in the View menu but it isn't showing. I am wondering if this is a change in the BBC i Player or perhaps in my ISP (Comcast).

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Actually you don't really need the Add-on bar - you can open FoxyProxy main window by pressing 'Ctrl + F2'. Does 'Ctrl + /' work for you (show/hide Add-on bar)?
