Hi,
I've got an Australian proxy that works fine apart from with videos, so I downloaded and setup the windows utility, and as soon as I enable it, I get Page cannot be displayed in IE and the same in FF.
I've tried it on an XP machine and a Vista machine and I get the same problem, as soon as I disable the utility it's fine again.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Dear Robbie,
you should only enable the Utility when the web browser you are using is configured to use our Paid proxy. There is no guarantee the Utility will work with any other proxies.
I am using the FoxyProxy
I am using the FoxyProxy paid proxy service, however when I enable the Windows Utility I lose the ability to browse any web pages at all. I don't know if it is simply blocking the traffic or what, but the pages all come up with a failed to connect error immediately. My browser does not sit there and time out or anything. In fact, I can't even browse to my router's config page.

You should only enable the Utility when your Firefox is configured to use our paid proxy. If you do not need to use the proxy please disable the Utility as well.
Ok so what you are saying is
Ok so what you are saying is that unless I have a 'paid proxy' the windows utility will not work? I currently have foxyproxy working quite successfully with a private proxy for streaming BBC iPlayer content. Now the issue(s) I'm having are not being able to watch live streams. I was under the impression that the windows utility would solve this, however when I run it, I get the page will not load error. Also when the page fails to load, firefox will begin using 100% cpu power and that doesn't come down unless you exit ff.
try this

Windows utility should help with some web sites but not all of them. To make live streams work please configure both FireFox (FoxyProxy) AND Internet Explorer to use our proxy and make them remember your username and password.
Also when the page fails to load, firefox will begin using 100% cpu power and that doesn't come down unless you exit ff.
I guess this is FireFox bug or something. Neither our proxy service nor windows utility can help here.
