Username & Password window on First logon

Hi
Iam using a paid proxy services for the first time and configured foxyproxy as mentioned on the link contained in your username email. However, iam getting 'The proxy server is refusing connections' error message and no window for username and password popped up as mentioned on the instructions page.

can not connect
Dear Sami,
I am afraid you was unable to connect to our proxy server. Possibly you have personal or corporate firewall preventing you from connecting to our proxy IP or port number.
If the username and password dialog do not popup means your computer just can not connect to our proxy. I have checked the proxy itself and it is active.
