username and password not working

I recently purchased an australian proxy subscription, but my username and password is not working.

Please help.

I can see in the database you have downloaded more than 250MB during last few hours. I guess the subscription has started working. I am really sorry is the account was not activated instantly. Sometimes it might take few minutes or even hours.
In future if you get any probelms please let me know.
