Userid and password aren't working

I used paypal to pay for a UK proxy from foxyproxy and received a confirmation email.
The ip address and port are 213.***.***.*** *** I configured the add-on following the instructions.
When activated using the new proxy, I am prompted for the userid and password I received. I enter them and they are not accepted.

I upgraded both firefox and foxyproxy to the latest versions. This did not resolve the problem. Can someone please help!

FYI i use an older imac running snowleopard.

tried a free UK proxy it worked!
