US Proxy Server not working

Tried to access to a US site today using the paid US Proxy server and nothing happens. Usually I would see a menu which asked me for my user name and password - today everything is completely dead. I originally thought that my subscription had run out so I renewed it for 3 moths. This however has made no difference.

Please let me know what is going on and when it will be fixed.
