us proxy not working

hi,
after configuring and restart firefox, and user name/password . it won't load any page. i keep getting connection time out errors. is there a way to fix this? someone please respond asap. my username is pp- brookbare

I can't find any subscription with the username pp-brookbare (Note: you added a space after pp- but there should be no space). Do you have a subscription number? I also wasn't able to find the subscription based on the gmail address you used to sign up for these forums. Are you certain the subscription went through? If so, please send the subscription number (begins with S-) to proxyservice at foxyproxyplus dot com and refer to this forum post.
