I subscribed to a non-recurring US proxy. Now I want to sign up again for a US proxy. Can I get an IP address that's different to the one I had before?

Oh and what if I change my mind and want to keep the other US proxy too for a bit longer? How can I arrange that?

First, at the moment we do

First, at the moment we do not allow users to have multiple IPs for a single country.
Second, non-recurring subscription  can NOT be extended. It will expire at teh end of the payment term.
