Unable to connect

Hi, when I try and connect to my FP server I get an error message saying "the proxy server is refusing connections". I'm also not getting any password or login window. This seems to have occured after Firefox attempted to update to the latest FP version yesterday.
Please help.

Hi Rod,
sorry for a delay in response. There was temporary problem with one of the servers. Possibly your subscription was on that particular server. Anyway the problem was resolved and you can use the subscription now.
If you still have any problems please mention your paypal-generated username or subscription id so I can investigate.
