My UK proxy on Firefox browser not working, sporadically yesterday and now not at all. Looks like I need a new IP address? Can I get one please?

Using the paid service for a year now, this is the first time I have been unable to access UK websites. I am getting the same error message as jayne62ny. Can I have a new IP address, do I need to send my login name for the proxy server to verify?
