UK Channels 4 & 5 blocked

I can't get UK channels four and five.
On channel four I get "An error has occurred trying to play the chosen item."
and on channel five "The video you are trying to watch is currently unavailable. Please try again soon."
In both cases the preliminary adverts run, but with unbelievably slow buffering (minutes at a time)
Is it known whether the companies are actively blocking the paid proxies?

Channel 4 and 5 are knows fir making it extremely difficult to watch their content through a proxy. At the moment the only solution available for those who use our paid UK proxies is to access the content indirectly, i.e. using websites like www.seesaw.com
