Per Tab Proxy Settings

It's good to have proxy settings tab specific beside current URL specific method. So each tab could use a global setting that uses current settings of FoxyProxy(Patterns,Tor,Disabled...) also each tab could have it's own setting for proxy settings.

This has been requested before. Unfortunaely, due to Firefox limitations, it's not currently possible. Hopefully that will change in the future.
