Streaming Capacity

Having recently subscribed for a 3 month UK proxy package, I was very pleased to have been able to stream directly from iPlayer and Sky playyer for the first 2 weeks, however this past week the poxy server blueconnex hosted by Digiweb has not been able to provide the bandwidth/speed to stream content, (ping 407ms, upload 0.39Mb/s and download 0.28Mb/s. Is this likely to remain the case into the future?
I also had an issue using my username/password to log into this forum, stated my username and paassword not recognised, yet these are still working fine for me to log onto tthe proxy??, Ihave had to create a different account to log into the forum.

Correct. The forums and our proxy servers do not share username/password information.

We distribute users evenly between proxy nodes but sometimes during major sporting events these proxies might be temporarily overloaded with number of active user requests.

Also it is possible that our customers are experiencing bad connectivity due to their ISP problems or network congestions. In this case please test your internet connection speed with and witout proxy http://www.speedtest.net/

Please continue using our services and share your experience here. If you will be unsatisfied with proxy performance it is possible to switch you to a different server.
