I use Vista and pay for the UK proxy.
As of a couple of hours ago I can no longer sign into Live Messenger, and the Troubleshooter suggested problems with proxy or firewall settings.
Then, Outlook Express could not download new emails.
Now I can no longer browse the web EXCEPT when the paid UK proxy is activated.
The only change I myself made to my computer tonight was to install the latest Quicktime version (I did a System Restore just in case, but no improvement). I've checked Windows Firewall and Live Messenger is still allowed.
I really don't know what to do, does anyone know what could have happened?

I uninstalled the FoxyProxy video program which seems to have fixed the problem, and everything is working as normal again - except the UK proxy, which is giving timeouts. I'm not sure if it's a temporary problem with the proxy or related to what just happened with my computer. Apologies for such an all-over-the-place post!

I have checked your subscription and the proxy you have been working with. Everything should work fine. I suggest you repeat the configuration procedure making sure you enter your proxy details correctly.
Then please verify your username and password. Possibly you just enter unnecessary spaces or tabs by copypasting the password. Type it by hand please.
