so lost and confused.

Long story short i have followed this guide to get pandora to work in australia.
http://www.wwwwwwww.com/2009/01/06/using-foxyproxy-and-a-spare-us-web-se...

Using a Public Proxy Server taken from
http://www.wwwwwww.com/proxy-country-US.htm

but no matter what i do i still get the “restricted” page your IP address is outside of the US. Even when i use the configure foxy in a single click (icon thing)

I even tried using the FoxyProxy Video Utility but when i do I always get the unable to connect for every webpage I try - I have tried using multiple proxies from the website above but none seem to work. Any idea what im doing wrong?? or can someone point me somewhere, where i can read something and try something else.

I have also watched this

I have also watched this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urPMFhyBI4U
and read done everything they tell me to do and double checked
http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/configuring.html
(as recommended from the How to assign a proxy to a website url? sticky) but still it doesn't seem as if im going through the proxy - when i go to whatismyip.com it doesnt change as it did in the video. What could i be doing wrong?
and yes use proxy for all urls is selected.

It is most likely that the

It is most likely that the proxy server you are using does not work properly. I have a US proxy that FoxyProxy offers (a http(s) proxy) and I use a pattern like *.pandora.com/* with FoxyProxy running in the Pattern mode and it works. I would recommend you try out our US proxy service - 3-day free trial period included.

It still doesn't work i

It still doesn't work i signed up with the US Prosy that Foxy Proxy offers and used the auto config that was given to me in the email but on the geolocation it still shows me being in Australia. 'the united states proxy' is selected and is set to use for all urls. Also pandora still recognizes me as being in Australia with or without the pattern.
