Slow Paid Proxy Service

My service has slowed to a snail's pace. It's a paid proxy service in the US and the IP Address is **.***.**.**. I did the speedtest.net test.

With Firefox (proxy disabled) and Safari the readings averaged: Ping: 24ms, Download: 11.20, Upload:1.45

Using FoxyProxy: Ping: 349 ms, Download: 0.32, Upload: 0.65

Anyone got any ideas about what is wrong or what I can do?

Please write to support@leahscape.com with your susbcription ID and (or) proxy username. Mention also your approximate location and what thet servers were used for www.speedtest.net
