This is sort of a two-fold request, but they are very related. I can put them as 2 separate threads if desired.
1. Sometimes there is a need to have the same pattern used in multiple rules, like as a whitelist in one and a blacklist in another
(I know some things can be accomplished using the priority, but not everything). What I would like is there to be a sort of pattern editor tab, independent of the individual proxy settings that would allow you to create and name patterns. Then when you want to use them, you can simply select them on a per proxy basis.
2. In these rules, I think being able to match on hostname or IP, but have it technically be the same pattern would be nice. I know this can be done with a pretty gnarly regex, but this isn't Perl here...hah. And I'm sure there is a reason as it does specifically say in the pattern info that it must be 2 separate patterns.

Hi,
1. Would the ability to copy patterns between proxies be sufficient?
2. This isn't really possible since a URL can resolve to multiple IP addresses and, in fact, the list of those IP addresses can change with whatever frequency the owner of the domain name likes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Round_robin_DNS
