Release Foxyproxy from Firefox!

Not really a feature request, more a request for a whole new product, a system level pattern matching proxy running as a preference panel in OS X/control panel in Windows so applications like iPlayer Desktop, Hulu Desktop, other browsers etc. can get the pattern matching goodness of Foxyproxy.
