Proxy server not responding

 Hi, i've been using the paid proxy service for nearly a month, and last night my pc wouldn't connect to the proxy server, assuming that my subscription had run out I decided to set up a recurring subscription, and after setting this up, I still can't connect to the proxy server. It seems to be not responding at all, no prompts to enter a user name or password appear (using IE8 on windows vista) as they usually do, it just says 'connecting to 91.186.*.*' in the status bar. The proxy server is 91.186.*.*, port 41***.

I am really sorry you are experiencing problems with our service. The speed of our proxies is usually quite high.
Unfortunately we have experienced major problems with that particular proxy server.
Our engineers have been working on the problem since 5am today, and we hope to be up and running in a few hours.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

It appears to still be unresponsive, and I'm unable to connect through the proxy, and still unable to watch my english tv :( . Are there any other proxies that I could use instead of this one, and are there still people working on getting this one working again? It hasn't been working for nearly three days now, am I going to have to pay for my subscription during this, or will some extra days be added to my subscription to compensate for this long period of downtime?

Simon, all the issues with network connectivity have been resolved by now. Can you please try again. If the problem is still there can you please mention your username and subscription ID. I will check it.

I can see both of your subscriptions. They are active and the proxy is up and running as well. Make sure you enter correct username and password.

can't get past nag request

 Firefox is unresponsive. Request for user name and password keeps popping up.
