Proxy server is blocking connections

It seems that my paid for proxy service has been canceled or stopped working for some reason.
When trying to load any page through Firefox I get a message saying "The proxy server is refusing connections".
I have not changed any details in FoxyProxy itself and my subscription is not due to expire until 06th April.
Please help!!

My Subscription ID is pp-deysib
