Proxy Protocol doesn't work

I'm using FPPlus on FF4 (Mac version)
I can't config proxy with proxy protocol. I found this link: http://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyprotocol.html. But it can't help me.
Of course, ignoreProxyScheme=false.
