proxy port

hi i live in syria and i want to buy a proxy based in us but i have to say that my isp is blocking these ports 3127.3124.3128.8080.80.8000.8888 and maybe more but that's what i know so is just want to know about your service if it do provide irregular ports like in the tutorial 2122 or any thing just not common, please respond as fast as u can cause i am in desperate for proxy and i don't want to pay today, end up with non working proxy tomorrow (because of the port banding system).
