trying to setup foxyproxy from the uae. however, all the proxy llists back to the U.S. are blocked. please provide several proxies and ports I can use.

also blocked... can't someone just provide me a list of via this forum of proxies (not links to other pages) I can use to reach back to the U.S,.? I have now paid money for foxy proxy believing it was my answer and now am unsure if it is. Please advise.
