Password & Username NOT Working following succesful trial period - paid subscription rejecting details?

I have registered on forum to assist my freinds who have limited computer experience and have an account:- pp-quodstony
all worked great for free period until they made payment for 3 month recurring subscription.
Can you please advise by sending email as travelling between 3 countries and only got limited email access at moment and NO UK proxy!
I have remote access to their computer to resolve any issues....
