Password always needs to be entered twice

For me to log into firefox: The window pops up, I enter the passwords. Then it pops up a second time and I have to re-enter the passwords and then am able to access firefox.

Do you use FoxyProxy (what version) or just enter the proxy details in Firefox? Do you have one of our premium proxies configured or you access a random proxy?
