Paid Proxies without credit card

It would be really helpful to be able to buy paid proxies without a credit card (at least the non-recurring ones), seeing as many people especially in European countries don't have those. PayPal guarantees payment one way or another, that's the whole point of it!

Even if you link your credit

Even if you link your credit card to the PayPal account it will not be used for payment if you have money in your balance.

That's not true. You can select payment in PayPal to be withdrawn from your credit card even if you have a PayPal balance. PayPal makes this option difficult to find because they don't want you to select it, but it it there! Look closely!
