I am unable to use this recently purchased suscription upgrade presently; I am not prompted for username and password w/my new subscription, using FireFox Portable.
Am I missing something? ... Thanks!

Well, it looks like something is blocking your connections to our proxy IP and port. It can be firewall or anti-virus software.
Please check it.
