Hey,
Sorry to sound a bit of a technofobe here but I love foxyproxy and it has been my saviour over the last year. However, we have now moved flat in Germany and taken over the internet that was already here (flat is furnished with DSL). It is the same internet providor as before and I fully expected foxproxy to allow me to watch the usuals like bbc i player etc, as it had done at my old flat.
However, for some reason all the websites still recognise me as being abroad DESPITE changing to a working UK proxy using the usual settings in foxyproxy. I even tested on an IP check and foxyproxy is doing its job fine as it detected the IP as being in the UK and not Germany. However, why an earth are the usuals like sky player etc thinking I am abraod.
This connection is no longer through a wireless router but that should not matter should it? Any help and suggestions as to what the hell is going on would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks
Mani
