No free trial and incredibly slow connection speed...

Hi,

I wanted to try out your paid proxy service and decided to go ahead with the free trial wit the intention of keeping the service if it turns out to be good. But my payment through Paypal did not wait 3 "free trial" days - it was billed immediately to your account. How does it work - will you pay me back this money if I cancel the service within 3 days? I thought that the would only bill me after the three days...

Also, the proxy server connection is incredibly slow. I installed it to watch a tv programme and I can't do it, because it is to slow to load the content. I am therefore not happy with the service and would like to cancel it and get my money back (especially that I am supposed to be on free trial...).

Could you please check why I was billed immediatelly and how can I cancell it? And why is the speed so slow?

I2ve just measured my connection speed:
ping 118ms
download speed 0.39 Mbps
upload speed 0.43 Mbps

I can't watch videos!
What should I do?

Where did you try this connection speed from and what the test server was? I would recommend to write at support@leahscape.com to have the issue solved in a timely manner.
