No email with Proxy Server details

I signed up yesterday to a UK proxy, monthly non-recurring subscription, but when I try to set up FireFox is say I should have received the details of a proxy server in an email. So far I have not received an email!

Where can I get the details so as to access BBC iPlayer?

Please double-check your email and spam filters. We have thousands of users and many dozens who sign up new every day. Occasionally, the email takes a few hours to be sent, but usually just a few minutes. Feel free to sign up for the free trial again.
