No email arrived when I bought a subscription - therefore no user ID or download detail.

Hi - I paid for a subscription and have not received an email confirming the username and download details, and I do not have my user name, and I can't navigate back to the page where the payment was made, but I have a screen shot showing I have paid ad that the email adress was entered correctly. It is the same email that worked just fine to get onto this forum. ianhorley[at]gmail.com . I need to use the service today (Sunday in Europe) so your assistance is appreciated.
