more explanatory proxy samples

Hello

There used to be a sample for setting up Gmail to go through a proxy.

I can no longer find it, only one for yahoo mail.

I ma not sure how yahoo mail works but for gmail you would have to direct *google* and gmail.com through proxy because:

- gmail.com really points to mail.google.com in the end
- to log in to gmail one has to connect to google.com or something like [].google.com or [].google.
- plus you get google ads, etc

Generally if you have a site that is only accessible through a proxy it is sufficient to include a proxy with whitelist for the site.

However, if you want a site to never see you connect directly you have to set up a proxy with blacklist for all other sites you visit.
Or make the default to go through the proxy, and make another proxy to which you add whitelist entries for sites to which you want to connect directly. This results in ads targeted at your proxy, not you if yor proxy is located elsewhere ;-)
