ITV not loading.. Are there any New patterns

Any one else having problems with ITV ? Having issues for 2 months.. Refreshing pages all the time, with no luck.. Screen just stays black.. BBC all ways is fine but ITV does not work!!

Hi I cannot get ITV to load either. BBC Iplayer is fine but nothing works with ITV. Are their new patterns or something. Please help, and thanks.

when the black screen on the player pops up, right click it and choose play, a permission screen pops up. click the YES IAM 18 ETC, AND IT SHOULD PLAY NOW.

Hey, i can confirm that this works perfectly. In fact you only need http://mercury.itv.com/PlaylistService.svc itself to go through a UK proxy, no need for the asterisk!

Flash crash - ITV player
Hi everyone,
If this pattern doesnt work for you (it caused me some trouble...), and if the ITV player causes Adobe Flash player to crash, then turn off hardware acceleration as explained here kb.mozillazine.org/Macromedia_flash#The_Adobe_Flash_plugin_has_crashed_-_Firefox_3.6.4_and_above
No idea whether the crash is related specifically to the ITV-site, probably not, but for me this worked (Windows 7, two graphic cards installed - switchable graphics, newest firefox, newest flash).
