The Internet page doesn't download

Hello!
Can you help me? I've downloaded "Foxy proxy" and "Tor".
The first day it worked and now it wouldn't. Cannot unde'rstand why. Tor works and so does Foxyproxy. But when I put the address, there is" The Internet page doesn't download"

How do you know both are

How do you know both are working if you cannot surf the web? Have you tried to disable Tor (probably Torbutton, no?) and surf the web just with FoxyProxy enabled? If that does not help, is FoxyProxy using the default proxy changing things?
