Installation of Foxy Proxy on Firefox 4

I've just upgraded to Firefox version 4. Apparently my proxy is not carried over from the previous version. Embarrassingly, I don't seem to be able to find the original installation instructions. Can anyone help me solve what must be a trivial problem please?

Your FoxyProxy add-on should have remained configured in your Firefox even after the upgrade. If for some reason it now doesn't work, please write to support@leahscape.com with more details about the problem and we will help you to set everything up.

i fixed mine

I updated from 2.22.4 to 2.22.5 and the settings were shown again.
You also need to show the add-on bar to 'quick' change your proxy.
