We do NOT ask anybody to provide email address. In order to provide support we ask people to mention their username generated by paypal when they set up a subscription with us http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/proxyservice/
There is no security problem here since the password is still kept private.

What's your username? when you subscribe to our paid proxy service http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/proxyservice/ you get uniques username and subscription ID generated by PayPal. Providing username to receive help is enough though.
