I can't log into my account

I suddenly found out that i can't log to my account anymore, and now i am seeing in the customer panel that my account is locked.
This didn't happened not once in the past 6 months.
What happened with my account and why is it locked?
My id: pp-allewhy.

Are you aware that your proxy account was accessed from 16 different IP during last week? That may indicate that your account is shared which is not permitted in our network. We are going to reactivate it now but will have to disable it permanently if this account usage continues.

And how can i change the password?

I really thought that my

I really thought that my email maybe hacked and someone stole the password from there.
The Syrian Ip is mine and i don't have static ip, my ip may change twice a day, is that gonna be a problem for my account?
The Moroccan ip is for my brother, he was here is Syria using the proxy for a very limited sites, and he traveled to Morocco. Any he is using the proxy also for a very limited sites and i can prove it by telling you what is that sites.
Is there anything i can do to prevent any problem like that to happen again?

That was the cause from over

That was the cause from over 6 months and now you remembered to say so???
Any way the account is still locked and can't use it!!

The account is not locked - log into the customer panel to see that.

Sharing accounts is not permuted - if you want to use the proxy from both countries you have to purchase 2 accounts.
