I can't define a URL pattern anymore

Hi, I just upgraded to Firefox 3.6.14; FoxyProxy Basic stopped working immediately. I upgraded to its new version and it's back working but… when I create a new proxy name I no longer see an area where I can define URL patterns for that new proxy. In fact, only the proxies i created under the old version show on the menu. How do I define a URL pattern in the new version?
