Hulu, unable to stream video
Hello,
I tried to get Hulu access with FoxyProxy, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.
I have done so far:
- Installed Firefox plugin and configured it
- Subscribed to a FoxyProxy service and got a proxy IP through it
- Installed FoxyProxy Windows Utility
- Followed the "How to play video with proxy servers" guide instructions
Still, it gives me "Sorry, we are unable to stream this video. Please check your Internet connection and try again".
I am using 32bit Vista Home Premium, Firefox 3 and I have a 24mb ADSL connection in Finland. My username for the service is pp-gnatdock. I'd sure like to continue subscribing to your proxies after the 3 day free trial, but obviously I need to get this thing working with Hulu. Thanks for any help in advance!

did you run http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/proxyservice/foxyproxy-setup.wsf hack? You should do it even if you use FireFox for web browsing.
Or you can mannually do the following: http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/proxyservice/aboutfoxyproxysetupwsf.html

The hack above does not work. The link is broken. I tried manually amending my registry and the foxy server option is not listed.

Which links did not work for you? Both mentioned above are okay. Also you should ammend Proxy (not Foxy) server option in the registry.
