how do I have foxyproxy automatically switch

Hey guys,

My school uses an http proxy and at home I of course don't use one. I have the settings so that the "Default" settings are clear with no proxy and I have "disable FoxyProxy" have all the proxy settings for school filled out. I was told that by using foxy proxy, the program will automatically switch between the two. Does this not occur? I'm pretty sure there is a way to get the program to automatically switch between proxy and no proxy when I go from school to my house but I'm not sure how do this. Help is much appreciated!!!

Hi,

It sounds like you are using the same computer at both school and home, correct? If so, then you either need to:

1. manually switch FoxyProxy's mode (not the patterns) when you change locations
or
2. get FoxyProxy plus ... http://foxyproxyplus.com. It will be released shortly and switches proxies based on your local (lan) IP address... which I'm going to assume is different at both school and work.
