How do I access my FoxyProxy premium service?

I just purchased the FoxyProxy Premium service but I don't know how to download FoxyProxy.  I tried to download through firefox but that only downloads the standard free version.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks -

are you talking about FoxyProxy Plus version or Paid Proxy Service? What do you mean by Premium?
