Hide status bar text _Foxyproxy_ by default - just show proxy name!

My status bar is too full to show both Foxyproxy AND default!
I know that the proxy name is next to the foxy icon already.

Hi,

You can already customize what FoxyProxy displays on the status bar. Open FoxyProxy and click on the "Global Settings" tab. In the Indicators section, uncheck/check "Show icon on statusbar" and "Show mode (text) on statusbar" appropriately.

Indicators

The problem is:
If I turn ON the mode indicator (e.g. direct)
it put FoxyProxy: in front of it!
It should NOT put FoxyProxy: in front of it - way too wide!
Just say Direct.
Even better, put it right against the foxy icon - no divider to waste space.

hi , i want to remove

hi ,

i want to remove "foxyproxy" from the text in the statusbar . so it will be just the name of the used proxy.

i will be grateful if someone can tell me how to edit it.

hi, right now the best you can do is choose between icon only or icon and text (including "FoxyProxy"). The setting is in FoxyProxy's Options Dialog on the Global Settings tab ("Show icon on statusbar" and "Show mode (text) on statusbar".
