Having differnt proxy for different countries

Hi I have a UK URL so that I can watch Videos on BBC Iplayer outside of UK and it works fine. How do I get a URL for Florida USA so that I can buy and download e-books on a NOOK e reader from outside of the USA as the NOOK e reader currently does not support non USA purchases. Can I get the USA proxy as part of my current subscription or should I upgrade my subscription
