FP v2.18 seems to ignore blacklisting

FF version: 3.5.7
FP version: 2.18
OS: Windows XP SP2
Since I've upgraded to FP v2.18 FP seems to ignore the blacklisting settings.
I'm having configured two proxies:
-- the usual "Default"
-- a proxy called tomwaits
tomwaits is configured with these patterns:
^.+://([^/]+:[^/]+@)?192\.168\.[\d]{1,3}\.[\d]{1,3}(:[\d]{1,4})?/.*$ Blacklist
^https://.+$ Blacklist
^.+://([^/]+:[^/]+@)?.+\.intranet(:[\d]{1,4})?/.*$ Blacklist
^.+://([^/]+:[^/]+@)?127\.0\.0\.1(:[\d]{1,4})?/.*$ Blacklist
^.+://([^/]+:[^/]+@)?localhost(:[\d]{1,4})?/.*$ Blacklist
^.+://.+$ Whitelist
It worked like a charm in previous versions, but since v2.18 FP always tells FF to use tomwaits, even when the URL is, i.e., http://127.0.0.1:9000.

Of course, http://127.0.0.1:9000/ , not http://127.0.0.1:9000 .
