The bug occus on Firefox 4(released today).
When foxyproxy's icon was pinned to Navigation Toobar(Bookmarks Bar also), then set (any)toobar Activation to "show context menu", it never never shows the "contex menu" clicking the icon on the Navigation Toobar(Bookmarks Bar also) unless the Add-on bar is activated.

Foxyproxy's context menu bug
I also have the same problem with the foxyproxy icon pinned in the tool bar. The context menu is never showned, only the options dialog. I have sent a mail to foxyproxy support with the required info. I'm hopping that they can solve this problem rapidly.

I have the same problem.
I have the same problem. Using FF4. When i pinned FoxyProxy to the navigation bar, context menu doesnt show up. Interesting thing is that when i open addon bar, it starts to show. Like this: http://i.imgur.com/bdmT4.jpg
You can see that addon bar is open and there is no problem with the context menu. But i cant see context menu when i close addon bar.

This is now fixed in FoxyProxy Plus 3.4.8 (just released). You may have to manually download 3.4.8 as 3.4.7 had a license bug. Contact customer support if you need more downloads.
